tried this short series of poses. i like! good for the core. i’m a shallow breather (partly for medical reasons) so trying yoga is a good study for me. however, my arms and shoulders were a bit sore from dance classes over the weekend so i struggled a little through all of the arm sequences. will definitely try more.
