This plan is no different. With my take on a traditional Indian dish like Chicken Biryani, an old dish like Jambalaya and an old favorite on the blog – the Honey Spiced Chicken Thighs, you’ll get to play with lots of different herbs and spices and see how well they blend together.

These meal plans are meant to be used as a tool for those who want to eat healthier, but struggle with the time it takes to do the planning. There are posts on this blog that teach about meal planning, but if you want to skip a step, these meal plans will help.
