An interesting thing about Yoga is that it forces you to focus on yourself – you cannot, in my opinion, successfully do the poses without fully focusing on yourself and what you are asking your body to do. Because of that, I’ve learned a new appreciation for myself… because that ability to spend time thinking about me has allowed me to see things I didn’t see originally before.

I love yoga I will be trying antigravity yoga next week. The best practices for me has been Vinayasa yoga and bikram yoga. It gives me time to myself. Even though I sweat I come out with a clear head and it gives me balance . Even though when I uses to compare my self to others. Now I focus on myself.
