Thanks for posting this – great choice! People talk “good mornings” and I’ve read about it, but this video gives excellent instruction.

*puts hand on chocolate* I SWEAR by good mornings. LOL In all seriousness, these and another exercise called a “high pull” are so awesome for that slope into the booty. Total win. LOL

Hi I’m 5ft and 188 lbs. I do not enjoy the gym nor do I have time to spend hours there. I recently had to start buying flats just because i cannot fit my heels due to the weight gain. And I’m not gonna tell you about the levels of pain I have when I am wearing heels. My weight is to much for the heels.how do I find an exercise I enjoy to get out of this fat suit. Oh I forgot to mention that it doesn’t help that now that I’m fat I’m slightly depressed and crave comfort foods. pleas help

Hi Trina, totally been there I’m 5’3″ and my weight went up to an amazing 198Lbs I lost 20lbs in 1 month just buy increasing my water intake I drank 2 gallons of water a day (it was hard) but not as hard as exercising 😉 and I also drank a shot glass of apple cider vinegar everyday (heinz, I know everyone says organic but this was fine) I also had a friend who lost a miraculous 30lbs just buy walking everyday for an hour along with the routine I forementioned. I havent gained the weight back but Im def in need of toning (abs and back) nothing saggy but not epitome of trophy yet lol Good luck on ur journey it really is only as hard as u make it.

P.S.

It truly is hard to over eat drinking all that water…and u will actually want to eat lighter (salads etc.) water is pretty darn heavy!
