I like this exercise!! Definitely one that I’ll be adding to the mix!
I’m new to your site and enjoy reading all of your really helpful posts. Thanks for putting up the sample videos of the exercises. Another one that I recently tried and now use is Triangle Push-Ups. I’m just starting my weight-loss so I can only do them on my knees, but it’s a great workout for the arms too.
