Clean Eating Boot Camp: Step 17

Take a breather this week. Tighten up on your previous steps. Are you still getting in your water regularly? Have you given up the sugary drinks? What about fast food?

A lot of people have asked whether they can jump in late, and just start at step one.

Of course you can! In fact, I’d encourage anyone to slow down, and be comfortable with pausing the boot camp until they can honestly say they’re comfortable adding another step. Lots of different parts of the camp will be challenging to different people for different reasons, and there’s no shame in admitting that. We all may be in different parts of the boot camp or struggling with different things, and since this is all about learning life-long habits, I’m not personally invested in rushing anything. You shouldn’t be, either.

Get caught up:

Have you read your book? Did you enjoy your winter veggie? Your couscous? Your quinoa? What would you like to see next? What veggie are you dying to learn about here? What would make this boot camp perfect for you?

Yes I have been cooking from scratch such as making all my vegetarian meals. A new thing I made was yellow split peas. Now all I have to do is practice cleaning vegetables. Another thing is portion
control for me. Hopefully it will come to
an everyday thing.

I would love to see a fish/seafood meal plan…I eat mostly fish and vegetables so this would be awesome if you could offer it.
