I made this dressing and had it for dinner over some spring mix and grilled chicken… absolutely delish!
What is the best type of honey to use? I went to Whole Foods and there were 5,000 different flavors of honey. I was SO confused!
LOL! Try to get something made as close to where you live as possible, and then just shoot for something nice and dark. Depending on where you live, that could be the “wildflower” honey, which I think works just fine for this recipe!
