She is also certified in sports nutrition by Precision Nutrition. She now lives in New York with her husband and children, and is working on her 6th and 7th certifications because she likes having alphabet soup at the end of her name.

The first time I came to your blog Erika, I saw your background and wanted to yoga. I was too scared. Yoga was for skinny people….

Since then, I’ve lifted a lot of heavy things, lost 22kgs, and yogaed my heart out.
