I love your blog! It’s been so helpful to me. I tore my left ACL in the past (playing a sport) and have had a bit of anxiety of injuring my right knee sense I still feel, even after physical therapy, that I still overuse it a bit. Your advice about getting a personal trainer who specializes in corrective training is spot on for me. I also wanted to thank you for your video blog re: training in the right shoes. I’d been susceptible to shin splints off and on for a while. After reading your blog–I realized I’d been trying to cross train in shoes that were made for walking. Getting the right shoes literally changed my workout life. What a relief! Shoes is something that no one really talks about. I really hope that you’re encouraged to keep this going. This is your calling!

You answered my question! I’m like crying right now! I had the surgery and am on crutches. I’m working on not eating as much but people keep bringing over sweets to cheer me up 🙁 Thank you so much for your suggestions. I talked to my trainer and he said he will work with my physical therapist on my workouts. I just gotta get off these darn crutches! I also want to add that I love that Q&A Wednesday is on Youtube now- its nice to put a face and voice to words. Hugs!!

Oh, jeez. I appreciate the thought, well, YOU appreciate the thought, but you’ll “have some later since you’re just not in the mood right now. And, after those people leave, do with it what you will- enjoy it in bites, give it away or pitch it in the trash altogether.
