Note: You can sign up for the Clean Eating Boot Camp here, completely free!
So, with all this diary-ing and journaling… are you learning a few things about yourself?
Are you eating well? Are you snacking a bit too much? Is the Hawthorne Effect working its magic on you? Are you losing any weight? Anyone gaining out there?
Listen. I know how many of y’all are doing the boot camp. Let me know how it’s going!
This week, keep up with what you’re doing. Next week, we’ll start getting down and dirty with spring veggies!
And don’t forget to tweet me @bgg2wl or hashtag your meal photos with #CEBootCamp!

I definitely had a turning point in the last few weeks. The hardest part for me wasn’t working out (that’s very therapeutic for me) or even what to eat (I’ve been phasing out processed foods for a while), but the amount I was eating. Once I got into the habit of actually writing down every morsel I ate, I discovered what was slowing down my progress. All that hard work I was doing in the gym was being negated by how much I was eating.
I have to say, while I love this Clean Eating series, your posts on mindless and emotional eating have been eye-openers. Now that I know my Achilles heel, I’m very mindful of how much is on my plate.
The good news is I’m down two pants sizes!
P.S.: I’m almost done with “Fast Food Nation” (mind-boggling) and I’m conquering either “Fat Chance” or “The End of Overeating” next.
Going well Erika! Sans the water. I just can’t seem to get in a glass every hour everyday. Some days I can do it, others not so much. I have been getting at least 8 on those off days.
WOW you lost a lot of weight. good for you!!!

Okay, painfully admitting that I fell off for two weeks but I am back on track and that I feel good about.
