So…hear my plea:
As much as I’d love for you to send me videos of you asking your questions and telling me your stories, I’m totally willing to take your private e-mails as well. I’d like to use this as the opportunity to “troubleshoot” people’s issues in a more personal fashion in ways I might not be able to do in writing. Though there’s a legitimacy to writing, there’s a humanity to watching and, honestly, I like YouTube – it gives me a way to connect to the BGG2WL family in a different way.
That being said, you can always drop me an e-mail, shoot your own video and send it in (and I’ll make sure you get your credits!), or message me on the FB page. I’m all ears. 🙂

hello, I’m in tears laughing..yes I’m one of the women that’s been blessed of loving another human other than my children. thank you. I have read your blog for about 8hrs straight and all post has hit a nail(wake up call). I’m going to retrain my mind one day at a time. I’m giving my friend a hug for telling me about your site. I’ve found that there’s other ways of dealing with emotional eating, like addressing the why, who,and standing up for myself. I’m also going to take it one day at a time in finding me. thanks again i will continue to visit your site until the end.

However after the workouts I am dead to the world and it’s very difficult for me to adjust. Working out doesn’t give me energy it makes me hungry and tired. Please help how can I get some energy. The lack of is affecting my job and life.
