Join me on the shores of Miami Beach, from October 17th through the 20th, spending 5 days and four nights in the luxurious apartment suites of Carillon Wellness Resort Miami, where I’ll teach you what it means to live healthily—and, yes, lose weight!—in the 21st century.

Description

It is my honor and pleasure to bring you the #ScaleFreeForever retreat!

Join me on the shores of Miami Beach, from May 28th to the 31st, spending four days and three nights in the luxurious apartment suites of Carillon Wellness Resort Miami, where I’ll teach you what it means to live healthily—and, yes, lose weight!—in the 21st century.

You will reside in your own apartment suite, with one king-sized bed and the most amazing bedside view you could imagine. The suites have kitchens each with a full supply of cooking equipment, and a refrigerator to store your supplies. For maximum convenience, a massive grocery store—Publix—is directly across the street from the resort’s entrance.

Each day, we will provide you with three meals a day, and an incredible roster of sessions and activities. All you’ll need to bring, is your workout clothes and your notebook. Take notes, sis—good ones.

And, actually, you don’t need to bring a notebook—I’ve got you covered there.

You’ll also enjoy a custom-built training plan targeted towards your body, your needs, and your goals, and a full metabolic breakdown to accurately calculate it all. Indulge in the incredibly relaxing spa with two 50-minute spa treatments as well as a $100 credit to enjoy whatever you like in your spare time! Relax by taking a dip in the pool with a view of the bluest water you’ll ever see, or view the sunset from the classroom with your fellow #bgg2wlarmy members as we learn, laugh, and share hugs and tissues together!
