And, because I didn’t actually even own a scale until 2014, I’d unintentionally been on the #ScaleFree protocol for years.

But whew, were those years good to me. Almost 200lbs lost. The #ScaleFreePhilosophy was good to me, too.

The #ScaleFree guide provides a 90 day training plan – created by a certified and well-educated fitness professional…me! – that does not require a gym membership to complete, complete with a clean eating meal plan that includes recipes as well as a printable chart and shopping list, and my training philosophies fully explained in one book! It also includes insight into the ScaleFree protocol, and what it means to simply live healthily, sans scale.
