An interesting thing about Yoga is that it forces you to focus on yourself – you cannot, in my opinion, successfully do the poses without fully focusing on yourself and what you are asking your body to do. Because of that, I’ve learned a new appreciation for myself… because that ability to spend time thinking about me has allowed me to see things I didn’t see originally before.
