I like scrambled eggs, and always thought mine were pretty good, and then I saw this and decided "Michael Symon probably knows a thing or two about cooking, let's try this," and made his recipe this morning... OH MY GAWD SO GOOD. Thank you for posting!!!

Ewww, there's nothing that I hate more than runny eggs. Yuk! Also he put too much salt in there, but for me any salt is too much salt.

I hate them too! I rather have a bit of brown on parts on my egg than runny bits.

I liked what he did but I'd definitely have to add some cheese. I can't really eat eggs alone because I don't really like them alone...LOL so I love to dump stuff into them. Cream cheese is my favorite. They come out to light and fluffy. But if you are a purist this is the way to go. :O)

I love eggs but really all that butter??? Nah! Keep it fresh and save my calories. I like the tomatoes idea though, I'm stealing that.

I always whip it with a little water. That makes them more fluffy. No butter please.

I always use a little milk and cheese in mine and much, MUCH less butter. LOL...I also whip mine with my mixer instead of a whisk. It gets tons of air in there and makes them light and fluffy every single time. :)
