Oh, this one is great and it looks effective. I need to do ab work but I hate getting down on the floor.

I usually do this lying down but it's a great idea standing up because (as he mentioned) you can add jumping jax or squats

You've got to figure out what works best for yourbody. If 3 sets of 20 is all you can do before you start to burn, then stick with that. Once it starts to get too easy, go up by five... 3 sets of 25, then 3 sets of 30... that's how you do it. :)
