Wow! amazing, I have to start, and most of all continue because I've started before and stopped and started and....well... you get it, nuff said. Now, just last night went out, took a pic of me with some other ladies and I looked at that pic and said, OMG! I look worse than I thought I was. You know how anorexics see themselves fatter than what they are, well all this time I didn't think I was as huge as I really am. I know I had a big stomach but my God even Spanx can't help me!!! I really need some help and fast!

Congrats...i actually found your blog via this publication..it has been very helpful...i started my lifestyle change a week and half ago..and am sort of enjoying it...am 233lbs...it is a journey i will strive to continue...thx a lot.
