    I love this, I needed this visualization of how bad fat attacks the body. I have been eating clean for the last 2weeks and I feel wonderful. Last night I decided to eat a big ice-cream sandwich, thinking that it wouldn’t really affect me because I have been doing so well. In the past 2weeks , last night was the only night that I didn’t get a good nights rest. I kept waking up. I know that it is directly related to that big ice cream sandwich I ate… The reality of what he said “CHOICES WE MAKE EVERY SINGLE DAY MATTERS!” is so true… it does matter… it does… (reaffirming that to myself)

    WOW WHAT AN EYE OPENER!!! I WATCHED ALL OF THE VIDEOS! EACH TIME I SAW THE FOOD I GOT DISGUSTED. I DON’T EAT OUT A LOT, BUT IT MAKES ME NOT WANT TO DO FAST FOOD AT ALL!!! THIS MAKES ME WANT TO PLAN MY MEALS MONTHLY SINCE I DO MY MAIN GROCERY SHOPPING MONTHLY AND GO BACK FOR ODDS AND ENDS DURING THE MONTH. SO THAT I CAN HAVE MEALS THAT I MIGHT LIKE, BUT MAKE THEM MYSELF!!!!

    Wow!

    I am still in the ‘detox’ stage from the fatty foods/meals.

    But I’ve been cooking and eating MUCH for cleanly! Feels good… Right now, I am having food allergies so that makes (for me) clean eating hard. I am allergic to a lOT of fruit, some veggies and gluten… (also don’t tolerate dairy well or candida)…

    It’s been tough because knowing this has made me say… You know what it is EASIER to just go back to eating crap… But you know what?

    Then I rememeber how that ‘food’ made me feel… How sick I felt after almost EVERY meal! So you know what? I will just have to tough it out until I find the right combination of what I CAN eat! 🙂

    So worth it! This stuff is disgusting!!!

    Thanks, I knew I needed to change. Now I know that I will change. I watched all of them and will suggest my husband do also. Thanks a Trillion. I needed that kick in the butt. I will lose the weight.

    SO GLADDDD I decided to pay the grocer and the gym instead of the doc for meds.

    Im slowly loosing the weight and inches…the only problem here is my belly…like the doctor says..not giving it the junk and it think it wont get anymore so it holds on to it…well my belly is just going to have to get over it. I changed my workout routine and added ab workout sets before and after my workouts…I didnt know having a big belly was a health risk cause its actually stored toxins…whelp..more crunches and crunches galore..

    im soo proud of myself..
    i don’t do white bread
    i used to eat candy bars like it was no tomorrow…until i realized that a home made turkey burger with a thin whole wheat bun, tomato, spinach leaves and a bit of relish..IS THE SAME CALORIE COUNT AS A SNICKER BAR…*yikes*
    Candy…same thing too..
    Chips…i had to drop that habbit
    Subway…dropped that habbit (sodium count is crazy)
    cereal addict…i eat cereal maybe one or twice a week ..before it was everyday

    I’m a notorious snacker…so..i just snack better, fresh apples, nuts, celery and carrot sticks with hummus..or chicken breast

    anything “live” thats not in a plastic bag with bright colors..

    I’m on the path…slowly but surely…

    one thing always hated about fast food…esp mcdonalds was.I was hungry like an hour right after eating that stuff.

    I do wish that I had seen this last week. I have not worked out in a week and I have eaten so much junk food. One day I even ate two 440 calorie chocolate bars in one day but I rationalized it as being okay becuase it was dark chocolate. Afterwards I did feel like crap. Thats it. It is detox starting right now. I know it won’t be easy. I’ve been blaming it on my husband for sabotaging me by bringing it into the house but in the end it is always my decision.

    oh my goodness WOW!! i watched all 4 and was in shock. I always knew I like crap after eating crap, but it was great to see the REASON behind the feeling. When I saw that fried chicken “sandwich” I almost gagged just thinking about the fat/salt content!! I’ve been eating really clean due to a fast i’m doing for religious purposes. But I do notice my tastebuds are changing after only 9 days. I’m going to see if I can get my sister more on board with healthy eating. Thank you so much for your blog, it really is inspirational and informative.
