    Wow, I almost cried watching those videos. I’ve had enough reality checks but I have not seen it from this point of view. And I have received the knowledge that it is about the choices we make. It’s not easy. But our bodies will work so much better when we take care of them…

    Wow it’s scary to see results so quickly show up. Also the food makes you so sluggish it’s almost like a drugged feeling. Almost makes it easy for people to be brainwashed by the food.

    Dr Drew is a high priced doctor. Very few doctors handle or help you with your weight loss journey until you become a big medical risk. I guess they don’t get paid for it. Yet it seems we need more of a nutritionist than a doctor. There are just so many program you have to care for yourself enough to do trial and error. I was only able to stick with it because I did it a little at a time. I wasn’t stressed as stressed about results.

    Also have your thyroid checked and have a physical to check your numbers and general health.

    I lost weight and kept it off when I went to college stress in getting grades and finding tuition money I went back to stuffing my feelings. I probably would have done better to just talk to someone about how I felt, what could I do, what direction to take. I wasn’t a hamburger lover..KFC, and Popeye’s fried chicken with dirty rice.

    Dr Drew eat a little a combo meal most people eat super size or much large portions. To find out that there is such a difference just for your health start a program.
