    Everybody is doing their thing! I was sweating so damn hard this week during workouts that I forgot to take my photos. I am glad to see so many sisters working out in late summer as opposed to January 2nd when people work out for 2 weeks and then quit. It is actually easier to work out this time of the year when the gym is virtually empty (as least where I live). Also when I step up my work out game pre holiday season, I find it easier to stay to maintain my work out schedule. Keep doing your thing ladies!
