So, apparently, Beyoncé released her new tumblr account yesterday, showcasing some photos from her private collection over the years.
And, as any fit-minded fan would do, I noticed that she looks pretty epic in many of the photos that show a bit more of her figure.
That being saiiiid…..

She looks absolutely amazing
I spent like an hour looking at her tumblr yesterday. She is radiant.
She is beautiful. I like that she talks about how she has to work hard to stay in shape instead of acting like it’s easy! She is just a regular person that puts in more than an average amount of effort to get in top shape!
She looks fantastic! Hard work pays off!
Just a little tip that I heard from her.. is, that she wears two layers of panty hose to give her that sleek, tight, held in look. I’ve also heard her say that she wears Spanx a lot. B’s rockin’ that bod!

….and since we’re admiring a real body that has to work hard for the way it looks.. I thought I’d share tips that she shared in an interview one time; where she was telling people that she doesn’t just look like that, and that her legs don’t really look that tight, or don’t not “jiggle”. I luv it! The reason why celebs like Serena and Beyonce are more ‘celebrity inspiration’ instead of Gabrielle and Rihanna are because I can always “see” how hard they work for their body. It’s easy to see that they could be a lot bigger but they through conscious effort they are able to get those “fit and toned” results.
