It’s time to get your hands dirty. Literally.

Making a makeshift chimichurri for a cast iron-cooked tilapia… if I can get garlic in my nails, so can you!

Did you ever pick your herb? Go pick your herb. We’re gonna use it this week.

All I want, is for you to promise to explore the recipes that I’ll share this week that correlate with the herb you chose. I’ve got a Cilantro-rubbed tilapia with citrus salad, a Santa Margherita Sandwich with basil-rubbed chicken, and a dill-treated salmon.

It all sounds much fancier than it is.
