		<description>Try it - experiencing some type of tension in your neck and shoulders is going to exist regardless. Keeping your chin tucked is going to help you focus, so that you don&#039;t wind up adding EXTRA tension and pressure on your back. It&#039;s harder to hold your chin in an UNtucked position than otherwise if you are using your core - NOT the tension in your neck - to do the lifting, IMO.</description>
