Darn. I have injuries that interfere with exercise, but I’ve found that I can flop onto my tummy and kick my little legs like MAD. I feel like I should pop my gum and wrap phone cords that no longer exist around my finger like I did when I was a teenager, but it feels GOOD to get the blood moving, even if it’s not going to burn many calories or build much muscle.
