    Congrats, Congrats, & Congrats again!
You kick arse in a major way. I’m so very glad I was lead to your blog. I’d been playing with losing weight and eating better (not taking either one seriously, by the way) but after reading your story, I knew I had to stop bullsh***ing myself. Thanks to you and this blog, I’m becoming a healthier, more fit me. So thank you very much, Ericka!

Congrats! I want you to know that I never vote for anything online but when I saw that you were up for this award I made the exception. Your story and this website has been so inspirational for my journey that I had to do it. I recommend this site to so many people because I believe that you speak the truth (no chaser) and are trying to help women, especially women of color, to lead long, healthy lives. This message needs to go throughout the world. My new mantra is “I refuse to participate in my own demise!”. “I will eat clean and give my body the exercise it needs!”. Thanks Erika
